Larissa integrates evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with a developmental, strengths-based perspective — always adapting to each person’s unique needs.
With a special interest in child and adolescent mental health, Larissa supports young people experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, and peer or school difficulties. She works closely with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure practical, coordinated strategies across home, school, and community.
