Preparing for Your First Appointment

- Recent vision & hearing checks: Please ensure these have been done within the last 12 months, as they can influence assessment results.
Payment & Billing
- Telehealth sessions (intake & feedback): Pre-paid (card or bank transfer).
- In-person sessions: Pay in clinic (card or bank transfer).
- Report fee: Due immediately after the final testing session. Reports are only written once the fee is received.
