Jessica is a fully registered psychologist with extensive experience in the education sector and NDIS services. She is deeply committed to supporting children and adolescents with unique developmental, emotional, and social needs, empowering them to build confidence and reach their full potential.

1. Supporting Neurodiverse Clients
- Vast experience in supporting clients aged 2 to 18 with challenges related to neurodiversity, neurodevelopmental disorders, social difficulties, anxiety, mood fluctuations, and trauma-related challenges.
- Skilled in working with children and adolescents who present with demand avoidance behaviours, tailoring her approach to meet their needs effectively.
2. Comprehensive Therapeutic Approaches
- Proficient in evidence-based practices, including play-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
- Experienced in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams—occupational therapists, speech pathologists, educators, and parents—to provide holistic care.

- Conducts a variety of psychological assessments, including cognitive and behavioural evaluations, and diagnostic assessments for Autism and ADHD.

- Holds a Graduate Diploma in General Counselling and has experience mentoring and counselling students in Hong Kong.
- Worked as a teacher and mentor in a disadvantaged secondary school, where she provided one-on-one support and well-being programs to empower students facing significant challenges.
